Winners of the iBIBLE Art Vote
Last week, we invited you to participate in a vote on the new iBIBLE art from the call of Abram in Chapter 7. This has been a fun way to show you the great work that the art and animation team has been doing recently. We also wanted to highlight the line artist and colorist who put together the winning image.
The winning image, with 40.7% of the vote, is “Abram Sets Up Camp in Canaan.”
About the Winning Image
Abram followed the Lord’s command, took his wife, Sarai, and his nephew, Lot, and traveled to the land of Canaan, which the Lord had promised to his descendants (see Genesis 12:5).
Meet the Colorist
Edgar has worked with the iBIBLE project since its start. His main focus is on illustration, digital painting, drawing, a bit of comics, and concept art. Edgar is now our color director, training other artists to meet our high standards in visual color guidance and to improve their digital painting skills.
Edgar is trained as a professional Publicist, but art has always caught his attention. He is always working on projects and practicing his drawing. During his free time, he illustrates for fun.
Meet the Line Artist
Kenneth has been working with the iBIBLE team since the project started. His main focus is on comics, visual narrative, and illustration, but he has also worked as a character designer and an occasional storyboard artist.
Kenneth has always felt called to art, so one of his favorite pastimes is practicing and dedicating time outside of work trying to improve on weak points in illustration. He has two children and is known by his coworkers as a great team player!
Runners-Up
In second place is “Abram Asks Sarai to Say That She's His Sister,” with 28.1% of the vote.
In third place is the “Pharoah Scolds Abram for Not Telling Him Sarai is His Wife,” with 21.4% of the vote.
